  1.         OVERVIEW INSTRUCTIONS

  3. To select a Help Topic from the above menu items:

  5.     Point and left click with the mouse, or
  6.  
  7.     Press Alt to highlight the menu bar.
  8.      Use left/right arrow keys to select a Header topic.
  9.     Use down/up arrow to pulldown, select topic.
  10.     Press Enter to see topic on screen.
  11.  
  12. Select Close Help to return to the Budget Data screen.
  13.  
  14. NOTE:   You may select another Help item without closing help.
